Frequently Asked Questions

General

Why do I have to submit clinical compliance documents?

Regis University healthcare students are required to have specific compliance documents on file for their clinicals/practicums/internships/service learning experiences. These requirements have been set by the Rueckert-Hartman College of Health Professions, clinical sites and the Joint Commission: Accreditation, Health Care, Certification (JCAHO). Without a fully compliant record, students are not eligible to apply for clinical sites.

I'm an online student; do I have to complete compliance requirements?

Yes, online students are required to complete the same compliance requirements as campus-based students.

When should I start working on program compliance requirements?

Students will want to start working on their compliance requirements as soon as they receive email instructions from the RHCHP Compliance Office and no sooner. Students with extenuating circumstances may request email instructions early by contacting the RHCHP Compliance Office.

When is my compliance deadline?

Your compliance deadline(s) are specific to your program and start term, and will be provided by the RHCHP Compliance Office prior to the start of your program.
