What do I need to submit to be compliant for the Hepatitis B requirement?We need record of three Hepatitis B shots or a positive Hepatitis B Surface Antibody blood titer showing that you are immune to Hepatitis B.
The Hepatitis B shot series takes 6 months, what happens if I have not received all 3 shots by the time I start my program?We only require that you have two of the three shots by the time the program starts. You will still be required to complete your Hepatitis B series when you are eligible for your third dose.
